Some states have already made laws legalizing the use of marijuana, and they are working effectively in those places. Other states are against the legalization of the drug. Making the laws against the use of marijuana at the federal level is not the right way because it is already legal in most states in the United States. This is creating confusion and problems in the implementation of the laws. Making the laws in favor of the use of the drug at the federal level would mean that the states are not allowed to make their own laws. This is the right way because it allows the people to vote and choose the laws that they think are right for their places. It is also the way the United States is supposed to function.
