2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ravioli. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits & Trading

• Ravioli uses virtual credits ("Sense") for trading on prediction markets.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency unless through official redemption channels (e.g., the Shop).
• Welcome bonuses and daily rewards are provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued.
• All trades are final once executed. Market resolution is determined by Ravioli based on real-world outcomes.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of arguments and content you post on Ravioli.
• By posting, you grant Ravioli a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use your content on the platform.
• Arguments are scored by AI for logic quality. These scores affect your reputation and payouts.
• You may not post content that is illegal, harassing, misleading, or spam.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Manipulate markets through coordinated trading, fake accounts, or other deceptive practices.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities — report them through our feedback page instead.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Circumvent age verification or other security measures.

7. Reputation System

Your reputation score reflects the quality of your reasoning. It is calculated algorithmically based on your argument scores, prediction accuracy, and other factors. Ravioli reserves the right to adjust reputation calculations at any time.

8. Beta Disclaimer

Ravioli is currently in public beta. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Features, credit balances, and market outcomes may be adjusted during the beta period. We are not liable for any losses resulting from platform errors, downtime, or changes.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings. Upon termination, your credits and trading history may be permanently deleted.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes.
